I used to have a hard time not cheating, but the more I realize that these foods aren't actually foods, but just an artificial scientific experiment, the less cravings I have towards them. MOTIVATION TIPS, how to motivate yourself to go to the gym Set a goal and make it measurable. For instance if you want to gain or lose weight, set your goal at X kg’s/lbs in X time.
